When I plug my iPod in the only option is Internal Storage. When I go into it all there is is DCIM folder (and I do have the option for hidden folders to be shown on). I tried to restart my computer but that didn’t help. Do you know whats going on?

The names of all my songs are random letters. How do I fix this/why does this occur?

This video is fake he starts on windows 8 and switches to windows 7. I can tell because the start bar is translucent and on windows 8 that is not possible.

OMFG this helped me out so much. I didn’t have to do all of those steps though. I only had to add that iTunes folder which enabled me to drag the music from iTunes onto my editing software. Without this, I never would have edited my friends video. Thank you so much!! (The channel and video name of the edited video): MynameisCheeriy0. Minitage
