Why does apple make things like this so difficult? It’s almost as if they
don’t want to listen to the customers wants.

Fantastic! My hard disk was died and, of course, my backup hard disk also
failed so I’ve been stuck with the same music for ages (thank god for
Pandora). A lot of music came from CDs that are have been lost and no
    longer produced.

Does this work with video files as well? Some purchases I made before my
PC died have been re-categorized on iTunes, so unless I buy them again,
only my device has them available to me.

Thanks so much, I have been trying to get all my non-iTunes songs from my
iPhone to my iTunes on my Mac.
