    THANK YOU SO MUCH…I was almost in tears because I thought I lost my playlist after my ipod froze up and I am not very good with computers but thanks to your video I now have all my music on my computer!!!! GENIUS!

    worked getting music back BUT I must have an updated version of I tunes. It didn’t decode all the stuff when I tried to add it to the I tunes. Only seems to do some of it. Any ideas?
