1) Connect your iPod to your computer using the USB cable, do not allow the device to sync to iTunes.
2) Open My Computer and navigate to the iPod drive (usually will be F:/)
3) Open the drive and open the folder labele iPod_Control
4) Copy the Music folder
5) Copy all of the subfolders (label F##) onto your computer
6) Open iTunes and insert the folder into which your transfered the F## folders

Hello, as long as your songs are still on your iPod, you can get them onto your computer and iTunes easily.

The most convenient and secure way is to use an iPod-to-computer transfer program to help you, like this handy one called Tansee iPod Transfer
Many of my friends are using it for its easy and safe transfer. The whole process goes as follows:

Firstly install this program on your computer. When you plug your iPod to the computer, this program will instantly display all songs and videos on the iPod.You simply select what you wish to transfer and click “Copy” button. Done. All your selected files will be copied to your computer safely. Now you can easily add those songs and videos to your iTunes library. See detailed guide.
More importantly, this won’t overwrite any original files on your iPod. And all song names are preserved.

Here is step-by-step guide on the whole process:

    Best luck!

Many iPod users have asked this.
It won’t be a problem if you use AVCWare iPod to iPod/Computer/iTunes Transfer.
It automatically transfers your iPod and iPhone music, video, playlist, photos to computer and iTunes. Backup all your music and video in a couple of clicks. Really makes music and videos sharing pretty simple and enjoyable. Wish this can help and good luck.

I think its step by step guide is most helpful.

It is easy to use and you can try it now.
