    i did everything up until the hidden files but i only get DCIM? I have an
    older ipod i think its 2nd or 3rd generation ipod touch. pls help me.

    Dear Trent: I have followed your directions up until about 2:45 in your
    video above, and i do not get the ipod control file. What am i doing wrong?
    Btw I am trying to get music off of a 3rd and 4th gen ipod touch. ANY help
    is appreciated

    The iPod control folder doesn’t show up, even after clicking show hidden
    files. All thats there is “internal Storage” which leads to my pictures. No
    matter what I do there is no music file

    My IPod touch did not work. When i clicked apply. On organize— view—
    show hidden files, drives.. Then i clicked apply. My pc did not flicker.
    And no folder came up.

    When I did show hidden files/folders , its only showing photos . I have an
    Ipod Touch 5
