    Hi, baby
I think you can have a try with the powerful tool called 4Videosoft iPod Mate.

    * Rip DVD to iPod video/audio
    * Convert all popular videos to iPod MP4, H.264/MPEG-4 AVC(.mp4), MOV video
    * Manage iPod to iPod, iPod to PC, PC to iPod
    * Make iPhone M4R ringtone from any video/audio resources

It won’t be a problem if you use AVCWare iPod to iPod/Computer/iTunes Transfer.
It automatically transfers your iPod and iPhone music, video, playlist, photos to computer and iTunes. Backup all your music and video in a couple of clicks. Really makes music and videos sharing pretty simple and enjoyable. Wish this can help and good luck.

I think its step by step guide is most helpful.
