Question by Rogue commentor: How do i transfer music from my ipod touch to my windows vista?
i recently restored factory settings to my vista and lost my itunes backup disk, and my ipod touch has all my music. so, how do i transfer my songs to my computer? I have a windows vista and a step by step direction would be good. i would like to do this without a third party thing. my ipod is 2.0 if that helps.

I used Tansee iPod Transfer to copy all files on iPod to my new computer.http://www.gutensoft.com/Utilities/Tansee-iPod-Transfer.htm
Good thing is that it’s handy.
When you plug your iPod to the new computer, this program could display all songs and videos on the iPod instantly. You simply select what you wish to transfer and click “Copy” button. Done. All your songs will be copied to your new computer completely and safely.
Now you can add the music to your iTunes library.

It has step-by-step guide on how. Hope it helps.
