Plug your iPod into your computer, launch iTunes, let it transfer your music to your library, then unplug it, plug in your iPod Touch, and let it sync.

You can save iPod music back to your computer and iTunes first.
I’ve done this several days ago. Really save time.
Go to iPod-tool.com and download the iPod to PC transfer software called Tansee iPod Transfer to help you backup all your iPod songs and videos.
The advantage lies in that it utilizes iPod’s internal database to display your iPod’s files instantly. That means, when you connect your iPod to PC, this program will automatically display all music/videos on your iPod. Once click “Copy” button, all files would be copied onto your selected folder on your PC.

i think the 4Easysoft iPod Manager is not bad.
it packs three splendid iPod software: DVD/video to iPod Converter, iPod to PC Manager and PC to iPod Manager.
so it is very conveient to backup your music from one ipod to another.
if interested, you can search it on google.

It won’t be a problem if you use AVCWare iPod to iPod/Computer/iTunes Transfer.
It can simultaneously manage all the iPods in the same interface, you may transfer files among these iPods by drag-and-drop. Really makes music and videos sharing pretty simple and enjoyable. Wish this can help and good luck.

I think its step by step guide is most helpful.

just sync it with your itunes library if its all on your itunes library…

if its only on the ipod and not on the computer because it was purchased or limewired from another comp heres: http://macs.about.com/od/backupsarchives/ss/copy-ipod-music-to-mac.htm (for a mac) http://www.wikihow.com/Copy-Music-from-Your-iPod-to-Your-Computer (for windows) (should let people know what system you’re running in your question. makes it easier to answer and you get more relevant answers.)

and im pretty sure you have access to google. helps out A LOT if you give it 10 minutes.
