I purchased movie in itunes and tried to sync it to ipod touch and received a message that said all music and videos on the ipod would be replaced. How do you sync movies without having to replace all your music and videos?

Try setting iPod to mannually manage music;

But a ideal way is to transfer all music and videos on your iPod back to your iTunes. In this case, all songs/videos are on your iTunes library that you can syn with whenever you wish to without deleting any files.
For a better transfer, you can use iCopy.

Many of my friends used it and they recommended it to me.

It will help transfer all music and video (both purchased and non-purchased) from iPod to iTunes and secure your iPod media content by copying it to your PC. More importantly, it will flawlessly sort video and audio content and preserve all your playlists.

Best luck!

    It looks like you have connected your iPod to another computer. In this case all the files will be replaced, you could however tick manage music manually, it should solve the problem. The best way however is to sync your iPod with your computer.
