Question by : How do i put my music from my ipod touch onto my itunes?
So i have an ipod touch and i got all my music from my laptop, but my laptop broke. So now i need to use my desktop, but its saying i need to delete all my music. I already know how to put music on without erasing anything, just how do i put music from my ipod touch onto my Pc (which by the way is a vista)?

This is one of the reasons I hate iTunes. They don’t let you do it. There is no way to do it unless you download a special program. Try googling it, but usually it doesn’t work.

You have to sign into your iTunes on the computer, then go to the store tab > authorize iTunes account (which lets the music play on that comp.)

then go to File > Transfer purchases which takes the music from the iPod and puts the music on the iTunes.

*This will only work if the music is bought from iTunes, and is bought with the account you signed in with. If it is not iTunes bought music, like music downloaded from YouTube, it will not transfer. If it is not bought from that iTunes account, it will tell you that it is not authorized to play on that computer, and it will ask you to delete the songs.

    Hope this helped!

hi, you can use tipard ipdo to pc transfer. it can be applied to ipod touch. it can copy music/movie/TV Shows/Podcast/iTunes U/eBooks/Pictures/Voice memos/Camera shot from iPod to PC without losing anything. Also, the Backup Function can help you easily backup all SMS, Contacts as database files to PC for safety.
