How can I transfer my IPOD music to my iPHONE?

Question by : How can I transfer my IPOD music to my iPHONE?
I just got a iPhone 4 today and I want to put my iPod music on it , but here’s the thing I didn’t buy my music of of iTunes I used LIMEWIRE along time ago and that saved music is on a computer of mines I got rid of awhile back …. So is there any way to transfer it without downloading a 1000+ songs again ?

Just sync your iPhone with iTunes and you should be all set. It doesn’t matter if you bought music or not, if there’s is music in your iTunes library it will sync to your iPhone.

For the sake of argument I’ll assume that you have an iPod touch. If that is the case, since the iPhone and iPod touch use iOS and you have synced your iPod touch to your computer, you can tell the iPhone to use your iPod touch backup.
