Hello Dr. Grove, Just wanted to say that if a 66-year-old man, who is
already experiencing the onset of dementia, can successfully follow the
instructions in your video to move files from an iPod to a Mac folder —
you can be assured that you have done a SUPERB JOB of explaining this
technique! Please accept my sincere thanks for your efforts in making this
outstanding instructional video!!! ~ Fred ;-)

For some reason whenever my iPod first gets plugged in the program
recognizes it but then once the iPod hooks up to iTunes it no longer says
there’s an iPod in. Any help?

Great Vid thanks for posting. DeTune has now superceded Expod and is also
fantastic, so easy to use. Just drag and drop files off your pod onto
desktop. Best of all, it’s free
